Jeremy StanbaryExec-Artistic Director/Actor/Playwright
Since 2003 Jeremy has done what many thought was impossible: turn his college theater degree into a real job. Touring professionally with his original one-man and small cast dramas, Jeremy has performed for tens of thousands throughout the U.S. as well as Canada, Germany, and Australia. His plays have also been featured on cable television both in the U.S. as well as internationally. In May 2011 Jeremy, along with his wife Sarah, founded the Open Window Theatre.
Sarah StanbaryCo-Founder/Actor/Dance Instructor
Sarah is a graduate of the University of Wisconsin-Green Bay with a dual degree in Theatre Performance and Arts Management. Sarah has toured both nationally & internationally with Jeremy since 2007 and is a youth theater instructor for Open Window. Aside from her acting talents, Sarah is also an accomplished ballroom dancer and dance instructor.
Erica L.P. HernandezBox Office Manager
Erica is a trained stage manager and has extensive theater experience in the areas of stage management, house management, and box office management. Erica has been a volunteer with Open Window Theatre since the beginning and has previously worked on our children's theater productions in addition to stage managing and operating lights & sound for the Stanbary's touring plays prior to the founding of Open Window Theatre. Erica was hired on as the OWT box office manager in February 2015.
Nate FarleyHouse Manager/Designer/Scenic Artist
Nate currently works as a librarian at the University of Northwestern in St. Paul. Nate has many years of experience in the theater as an actor, designer, costumer, and at one time a theater owner/producer.
Joy is a local freelance director and has directed several shows for OWT including The Lilies of the Field, Shadowlands, An O. Henry Christmas, James and the Giant Peach, The Wizard of Oz, and The Lion, the Witch and the Wardrobe. Joy also stage-managed Season 4's Freud’s Last Session. She serves as our publicist and is also an instructor in our E-Rhapsody youth theater program. Joy is an adjunct theatre professor for Bethel University and she has her own theatre company: Front Porch Theatre. When not directing, she sews for her Etsy store, Treadle the Boards.
